Why we built MagicSocial

Every boutique agency we talked to had the same Tuesday problem. A client needs a week of social content. The account lead opens a blank doc, digs through a shared drive for the brand guidelines somebody PDF'd eight months ago, and starts typing. Three hours later the posts are fine. Not great. Fine.
The alternative that showed up in 2024 was worse. Point a generic AI tool at the client's website, get back posts that technically mention the client's product and read like every other AI-generated caption on the internet. Clients can tell. They always can tell. That's when the awkward email arrives.
We built MagicSocial because neither option respects how agencies actually work. Agencies don't lack writing ability. They lack time to re-absorb each client's world before every single deliverable. The brand voice, the positioning, the words the client uses and the words they'd never use, the campaign that ran in March that this one needs to connect to. That context lives in briefs, decks, past posts, and call notes. It does not live in a one-line prompt.
So MagicSocial starts there. You load the client's actual source material once. Every post the system drafts is grounded in that material, cites where it came from, and stays inside the lines the client drew. When something is off, you fix it in review before anything goes out. The agency stays the editor. The software does the re-absorbing.
We're working with a small group of boutique agencies now and adding more every week. If your Tuesdays look like the first paragraph, we should talk.
