These terms cover your use of MagicSocial, operated by Brad Johnson. By using the service you agree to them.

The service

MagicSocial helps you build a brand profile from your own material and produce social campaigns grounded in it. You review and approve content before you use it, and you are responsible for what you publish.

Your account

Keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough to enter a contract in your country to use MagicSocial.

Your content

You keep ownership of the material you give us and the content we generate for you. You give us permission to process that material only to run the service for you.

Acceptable use

Do not use MagicSocial to break the law, infringe someone else's rights, or produce misleading or harmful content. We may suspend accounts that do.

Payment

Paid plans are billed as shown at checkout. Fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law or stated otherwise at the time of purchase. You can cancel at any time, and cancellation stops future billing.

No guarantee

MagicSocial is provided "as is". We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that generated content is error-free or fit for a particular purpose. Review content before you publish it.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will update the date above and, for significant changes, let you know by email. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
